I’ve used a couple of cheaper massage guns before, but the ARC Pro feels much more refined. It’s powerful without feeling harsh, and I really like how the intensity responds depending on how much pressure I’m applying. I’ve been using it after training and it’s become part of my recovery routine.
I originally bought it mainly for post-gym recovery, but I’ve ended up using it almost every evening. Especially useful after sitting at my desk all day. The different heads make it easy to switch between larger muscle groups and more targeted areas.
Really impressed with the build quality. It doesn’t feel like one of those generic massage guns you see everywhere. The motor has plenty of power and the controls are simple. I also really like the cold-compress attachment. It’s a nice addition after a hard session.
I train 4 to 5 times a week and wanted something I could use at home without having to spend a fortune on professional recovery treatments. The ARC Pro has been great after leg days and long runs. Battery life has also been better than I expected.
The pressure response is probably my favourite feature. You don’t constantly feel like you have to adjust the speed yourself as you move across different areas. It makes the whole thing feel much more natural.
From the packaging to the actual device, everything feels well thought out. It has a really solid weight to it and doesn’t feel cheap in your hands. The ARC Pro has quickly become part of my routine after training.
I’m on my feet for most of the day and usually feel it in my legs by the evening. Ten minutes with the ARC Pro has become my go-to way of winding down. The different attachments are genuinely useful rather than just being there for the sake of it.
I wasn’t expecting such a noticeable difference compared with my previous massage gun. The ARC feels smoother and much more controlled, especially when changing between different muscle groups. It also looks great sitting out rather than something I want to hide in a drawer.
